We move forward by working together. We work together by seeking compromise.

We're a country of 324 million people spread out across the fourth largest nation on the planet. Our cultural norms, histories, ethnicities, values, faiths and lifestyles differ wildly across all spectrums. Yet today we are divided - bitterly, distrustful of one another and in the worst of cases resentful of one another, all too often reverting to the more convenient but rarely correct belief that they are always wrong, 100% of the time.

This makes us tribal in our thinking and encourages us to embrace political identities that value ideological conformity and an us-vs-them mentality over strides towards common ground. And it has broken us as a people.

As a party of many identities, faiths and ideologies, we have a message that America has needed to hear for a very long time: politics is not about winning or losing. It's about finding a way to build a better society for all of us.

We - all of us - have a common interest towards a brighter future where we are more prosperous, more hopeful, happier and stronger. The only way we can see that goal reached is if we reach it for all of us, and we can only do that if we seek honest compromise based on mutual respect. That drive for compromise is the basis for our platform, the belief that all voices in the room have merit and deserve to be listened to so we can make wiser decisions as a group - as a team.

Simply because others may not agree with us on everything does not make them bad people, nor should it feed into the stereotypes that we use to disparage each other through closed-minded judgement. Instead, it is imperative on us to engage others with open minds in hopes of changing theirs, and perhaps our own in the process, to create a more unified and nuanced point of view. At the end of the day all we have is each other and thus we must not give up on each other.

Today, the powers that be and the political systems they run do not want us to choose this perspective and seek greater compromise because they simply make too much money and amass too much power by means of social division. The Alliance Party's goals are not money - nor is our currency power - our goals are to create a better future and our currency is your support to see that end achieved. Our mindset maintains the perspective to seek unity and compromise towards that goal, and whether you're liberal or conservative, rich or modest, business or charity, new age or old school, regardless of your color, sexuality, ethnicity, heritage, culture or perspective we believe our team, our alliance, is made stronger by your presence and the ideas you bring forward.

Should you think so as well, join us, and let's work together to build a better society.
